All of our floor plans, especially single-family (detached home) plans, offer available structural options that you can select to further tailor your home to your needs. These include things like rear extensions, morning rooms, gourmet kitchens, alternative bathroom layouts, and outdoor living options such as decks, patios, and screened porches.

Because we focus on high-quality, streamlined construction, full custom floor plan changes (like moving walls or adding rooms not already designed into the plan) aren’t typically available. However, our Design Gallery offers hundreds of ways to make your home uniquely yours through finishes, fixtures, and details that reflect your style.
