Can I buy a new construction home without a Realtor?
You don’t have to work with a Realtor to buy a Greenwood home, but you’re always welcome to if you prefer. Our Neighborhood Sales Managers are experienced professionals who can guide you through every step of the new home purchase process, from choosing a homesite and floor plan to understanding financing and construction timelines. In fact, many of our Neighborhood Sales Managers are licensed Realtors, which gives them extra perspective and an additional Code of Ethics to adhere to.
If you already have a Realtor you trust, we’re happy to collaborate with them to make your experience smooth and enjoyable, and will handle their compensation as part of your purchase. Greenwood Homes will pay up to 2% of the purchase price or the amount on your Buyer Broker Agreement, whichever is less.
